Beautiful modern Apts. The complex is gated, both outside gate and lobby. A short 8 minute walk to the beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach, shops, bars & restaurants.The apts are situated on a gentle hill so not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, air con/heating in the main bedroom (metered). Comfortable lounge with English TV/DVD. There is a shower room, plus a bathroom. A cot or fold out bed can be supplied for a child, making total occupancy 5. Cost €3 per day paid locally.

The balcony has furniture for 'alfresco' dining and looks onto the beautiful communal swimming pool. The bus stop is a short walk with stops every 20 minutes, which will take you into the heart of Benidorm which is renowned for it's beautiful long beaches and lively night-life. On the other hand if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle, you can visit the sleepy mountain villages of Finestrat, Polop or Guadalest.The Theme Parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar all close by.
