A spacious semi detached 2 bedroom villa, located on the Platinum West coast, with beautiful tranquil beaches just a 5 minute walk away. Located in the development Jamestown Park, Holetown, all amenities are close by & the magnificent upscale shopping centre at Lime Grove.
The space
Amaryllis villa is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' West Coast. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to Holetown beach, also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema.

This lovely semi-detached villa sleeps up to 4 adults with a private terrace and lovely garden.
There is one Queen size bed (UK kings) and a twin bedroom, however the twin will be converted to a Queen size bed in May 2025.
Two shower rooms upstairs, and a cloakroom with basin and toilet downstairs.
Well equipped living room, with TV & firestick with various streaming apps , also wi-fi and local telephone. The kitchen and breakfast bar is equipped for modern living.

The bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, en suite bathrooms with a walk-in wardrobe, 1 bedroom with a safe.
Balcony off 1 bedroom.
There are ceiling fans in the lounge/dining area.

There is an generous average electricity allowance of 20 units per day, extra use is chargeable. A/C and fans should be used economically. Meters will be read on arrival and departure. (Extra usage of electric will be charged at 30 pence per unit).

A short ten minute walk will bring you to the Brand new Massey’s supermarket together with the Limegrove Centre, which provides premier shopping with a collection of fine retailers including Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Cartier, and many more. There are also restaurants and bars and a cinema located within the Limegrove Centre. Beautiful beaches including the stunning Settlers Beach are also just a 5 minute walk away from the villa. Weekly maid service included for stays of 10 days or more. Extra maid service available at an extra cost paid locally.
